God gave the term “undue hardship” to describe the grueling conditions under which children work.

“Child endangerment occurs when a person engages in conduct that places a child in imminent danger of death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment. This can be through an act or omission.”¹⁴

“Child Endangerment refers to an act or omission that renders a child to psychological, emotional or physical abuse.”¹⁵
